Rajinikanth and Kamalhasan . Both are very very popular in Tamilnadu and all other parts of South India. They are popular to some extent all over India. South Indians especially Tamils and Telugus are hero worshippers. They like whatever their hero says. keeping this point in view only Chiranjeevi has started a new party and had a bitter experience. People are intelligent But Chiranjeevi made good use of party and merged it to Congress.
Now it is the turn of Tamil Nadu. I think there also people will have become intelligent now and they can differentiate between silverscreen life and political life. So I doubt very much no one of the two will win the election if they start a new party. But if they are pulled into any of the existing parties there may be a little swing towards those parties. But it is not going to be a deciding factor. Bjp may come into power but they have given away their big man in south India to constitutional posts and I don't know who can lead that party in South India now.
I remember that Mr. Venkiah Naidu was sent to Tamilnadu when there was big problem between the to groups of AIADMK. As mentioned by Mr.Sun, if Rajinikanth goes to BJP and Kamal Haasan to DMK, the effect will be null and void. But if both of them are coming to BJP o DMk, that party will have an advantage.

People who criticize will help us in knowing ourselves. But they should be genuine. Once the criticisms are found be real, we should tune ourselves correctly so that we have a better presentation. It will help us in improving ourselves in many accepts of our life.
But there are some people who will criticise for the sake criticising you. There will not be any truth in that and it will be false. In such case there are two ways to stop that. One is making hue and cry. Then everybody will understand that there is some thing in our argument.They will support us and critics will be silent.
Sometimes I feel it is better to keep silent for those remarks as their nature is like that. Nobody will support those people and try to be away from them thinking that if you drop a stone on cowdung it will splash on your face only.

'Smoking is injurious to health'. This is printed on all cigarette packing boxes. Every smoker will see and read this. In all the cinema halls they are showing the ill effects of smoking. But how many smokers are giving up smoking? 
It is true that many great people also have this habit. They feel relieved by smoking. But they don't understand they are spoiling the health of others. I heard some people saying that without smoking they can't start any work. Some people say they will get new ideas if they have a smoke. I don't understand how far it is true. There are many other ways to get your mind fresh. But nobody has right to spoil the fellow human beings by leaving nicotine into the atmosphere. Addiction may be psychological, but it is true they are creating a problem to the environment

They are two types of person. The first type are not knowing the rules. Secon type are ignoring the rules. We can suggest,guide and teach the people who don't know the rules. Generally when we go to a bank for some transaction, we will find many people who don't know the procedures. If I see some people like this in the bank I guide them or fill up the form required on behalf of them. It is a common practice.

When we go to a temple for Darshan, we have to go in the que basing on the crowd. Some people try to jump the que. If I was there I will never allow them to cross the que. Initially I tell them politely and still they are not listening I will shout at them and see that they will follow the que. Similarly once or twice I warned the students smoking in the public.

Yes. It is true that pen is more powerful than a sword. . Sword can kill people. But pen can't kill. It can reform people. It is always better to change the people rather than killing. A pen can do a work which is not possible with a sword. It is a new birth to the changed person. So pen is giving life, sword is taking away life. Which is powerful? Creation is always more powerful than destruction.

In olden days also kings used to send poets and writers to the neighboring countries to inspire the kings with their word power and make friendship with the kingdom of the poet. Wars will affect some areas and some people. But famous writings will influence the nation and society. It will spread the harmony and happiness in the society.

• A good presentation. Really we are all making this mother earth to suffer a lot. The umbrella protection given to her by Ozone layer is getting diminished. The life giving trees are being eliminated to construct roads and widening of roads. The cities and towns are getting converted to concrete forests and real forests are disappearing. The earth is getting cut into bits and pieces. 
  
  In the pursuits of enjoyment and happiness human beings are contaminating pure air with different types of poisonous gases. Underground water levels are diminishing. Water tanks are going down. Good cultivation lands are being used for house construction. The earth is having lot of patience. We are testing it. One day or other, earth will lose its patient. Be proactive. Protect the mother earth.

It is always good to help others and compromise with others for a peaceful life. It is also good not to find fault with others. It is good for harmony and humbleness. But up to what extent. As long as our self respect is not it lost may be acceptable.. But somebody is hurting you with their words and testing your self respect, we need not keep quite. We should reply in a such a way our self respect is protected. 

I have never seen or felt a ghost. But I heard many people saying that they have seen a ghost.

In my childhood days, my Uncle(Father's brother) went alone for a movie for 2nd show on a bicycle to the nearby major panchayat. The distance is about 1.5Km. It was a 15 minutes cycling. The area between our village and the cinema hall was full of fields and trees. No houses. He came very late in the night and slept. Next day morning he was having full fever and not able to get up. My father had given some medicine. He narrated an incident to my father. 

The previous day night while he was coming back from the movie, he had seen a lady with a saree of white colour walking ahead of the bicycle. He tried to come fast but the cycle was not moving. Somehow he managed to increase the speed and the lady disappeared. In another 2 minutes, he started feeling that somebody was sitting on the back and the bicycle had become very heavy and not able to drove it It was more than half an hour he took and as he was nearing the village the bicycle had become normal. He got frightened and got fever. Almost it had taken about 10 days to recover from that ill health.

Mangoes are not good for diabetic patients. Fruits containing high sugar is not at all advisable to these patients. Mangoes will have high sugar content. It should be avoided. I don't advise you to consume mangoes which are not good for sugar patients.

Yes. It will definitely create problem in future. Why did you keep quite when your 10th and inter certificates names are not tallying. Before you complete your degree you might have got it done. It is very late. Now you have to start with your 10th certificate correction through the school you have studied. Then you have to contact Junior college Principal for correction in Intermediate certificate and University for correction in degree certificate. You can go simultaneously to Inter certificate and degree certificate after getting tenth certificated got corrected.
You have to follow the procedure as per the directions of school. They will advise regarding the certificates required . You have to act quickly. Otherwise problem will get more complicated.

INTRODUCTION:

Indians like gold very much. There is no second opinion on this matter. Indian ladies will get fascinated with purchase of gold. Gold jewelry is very much wanted by ladies. Gold is a soft material. To make it hard and ductile, some other metals like copper, silver or nickel will be mixed in gold. The purity of gold is measured by carats. 24 carat gold is 100% pure.  Different countries use gold of different purity. In India we prefer 22 carat gold. The purity of this gold is about 91.6%.Some countries use 75% gold and some 50% gold.

Purchase of gold serves two purposes.  It is an investment and it is a fashion accessory. Gold is a symbol of pride and prosperity. Gold can be liquidated anywhere in the world. Many of us will purchase gold ornaments for various purposes and occasions.

Some of the tips to be followed for purchase of gold jewelry are mentioned below.

Purity of Gold :

Before you make a purchase, ensure the quality of gold. The ornament you are going to purchase should have hallmarking. The Bureau of Indian Standards is the organization responsible to maintain the quality of gold. They have licensed some laboratories to test and hallmark the ornament. You ensure this marking you are going to purchase. It is better to go to standard jewelers only to purchase the gold. In some of the shops you will find some testing equipment for testing, you can witness testing there. In addition to hallmarking some shops will have 916 k marking also. Ensure this before you purchase.

Don’t hesitate to bargain:

The rate of gold is standard. It will be changing on day to day basis. But all shops will have the same rate on the particular day.  So you can’t bargain on the price of gold. But jewelers add wastage and making charges.  Making charges will be generally about 25 to 30 rupees per gram. Wastage will be around 8 to 10%. Many say that there are no making charges but they will charge 13 to 18% on the cost of gold as wastage. Here you have scope to bargain. Basing on the value of the ornament they can reduce up to  2 -3 % wastage. But those people will not lose any gold; they know the method of recovery. But it is a profit for them. So don’t hesitate to bargain

Don’t purchase articles with precious stones:

 Gold will be sold on weight basis. The ornament you have selected will be weighed and charged as per the weight. If you select an article with precious stones like diamonds and emeralds, their weight will also contribute for the cost. Indirectly it implies that you are paying rate of gold to these stones also. Try to keep them as minimum as possible, so that your loss will be minimum there. Some shops they remove the weight of these items and charge separately for that. But there is no way to know the correct weight of these stones. The sellers charge more wastage for ornaments with stones.

In addition to the above three tips, you ensure correct invoice with a guarantee card for the item. Don’t exchange gold articles very frequently. You will lose on wastage and making charges. Don’t go for unknown shops.

Conclusion:

One has to follow the above steps when they go for gold purchase. Main thrust is to be given to purity of gold and making and wastage charges. Ensure hall marking.

EIP is "Everybody is an important person". VIP is "Very Important person". So still there is a difference VIPs are VERY important whereas EIPs are important only.

In this country VIPs have so many privileges. They can do all things by putting all rules aside. Andhra Pradesh governor goes to Tirumala very frequently. Darshan for other people will be stopped for hours together. How much time these people are losing here?

VIPs can go anywhere with Government Funds. No limit. For a poor man to purchase a tablet, no money. But VIP can go to most costly hospitals and get medication. 

If a VIP is coming to a village, how much expenditure you know. Big Big holdings. welcome banners. Many vehicles. Money spent for pooling people for his meeting.

In this country by simply taking away the red light from vehicles is not going improve the plight of a common man. He was the sufferer. He is the sufferer and he will be the sufferer

All this emotional speeches only to get the attention of people. Do you think Mr.Modi will share a regular flight for his travel?

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister's family stayed in a very costly hotel for many months. The bill is coming to crores of rupees. where from he paid it? Was the hotel not charged him? In such case how he compensated the management of hotel?

Telangana Chief Minister in the name of Yagam spent lot of government many. In which way it was useful to a common man?

I wonder anybody can substantiate the logic in these expenses. My answer is "NO".

Life is a garland. Why to make it into bits and pieces.

Life is a gift given by God. It is like a garland of various flowers. Some are beautiful, some are very beautiful, some are having very good fragrance, some are for decoration. But all are flowers only. Let us make a garland with these flowers and put it to God. The flowers created by God reached back the God. Don't divide the garland separately good, very good, fragrance and decorative. All are created by god and again all will reach Him back. The garland is having all types of flowers. Don't make it into bits and pieces.

Similarly this life is also a garland of various experiences. There are no bad and good experiences. All are good only. In an accident if we broke our leg,it is also good. God has saved us with a minor damage. Otherwise we might have lost our life. We should develop a positive thinking and enjoy the life. Don't classify them as good and bad. Don't make it into bits and pieces. Enjoy your life. Make your life a garland give it back to the Creator, The God. 

Environment upkeep is very important for a healthy life of human beings on the planet earth. We are lucky our elders have given us a good environment to live in. But from early 70s, the concern for environment is diminishing and everybody showing importance for individual survival rather than the society.The concern for environment in India is very very less. How much oxygen we are taking in, how much we are consuming oxygen from air for our travel. How much waste gases we are letting out. Are we compensating it? We have to think seriously on these lines.

Why the levels of heat are increasing so much? We are responsible for this onslaught on atmosphere. Cutting trees, deforestation, creating concrete jungles are the ill doings of mankind. Recently some awareness is coming in the public. Many are going for tree plantation and water conservation measures. Please treat them very important and handover the universe to the next generation at least in the same way as we received if not improved. 

Strike or Bandh is generally called by political parties. Here their interest will be more to get their names highlighted than the benefit to public. Generally bandhs and strikes are a national waste. Government may lose but we need not worry. Productivity of that day has gone. A daily wage worker who earns his livelihood on day to day basis has to suffer for his food. An auto driver, a ricksha puller and a taxi owner cum driver will suffer a lot because of loss of a day. Political parties and politicians they enjoy their day as usual. They don't suffer. they may gain or may not.They may get some political advantage.
The fate of a private employee on that day nobody can explain. He has to reach the office in time. No conveyance. If late company will mark absent.

I feel by calling a bandh or strike nobody is gaining except some politicians

Chemical farming is very dangerous. Now a days farmers are using different types of pesticides and insecticides during farm growing. They get deposited on the fruit and sometimes simple wash with water may not help. In our Hyderabad area for grapes they use many chemicals. Many of the residues which are getting deposited on the fruit skin will not go with ordinary water wash. They are very dangerous and create lot of health problems. The grapes should be soaked in salt water for about 2 hours and take out. Wipe with cloth and again wash with ordinary water before we consume.

Many farmers use carbide for fast ripening. Again it is dangerous. So we should not eat these fruits. The mangos which are ready to be ripped should be kept in dry grass and keep in the room for some days. Then they will ripe properly and taste will be good. These fruits only are to be eaten. As mentioned by Mr.Raheja, we should eat rightly ripped fruit only.

Organic farming is a very good idea. But yield will be less. But if consumers are not ready to pay that extra money nobody prefer this. We should be ready to pay extra cost for the benefit of our health. Then organic farming will be taken up by many.

Yes. Nowadays the TV serials are very disturbing, All serials are mainly focused on women audience only. Watching these serials is waste of time only. I never advise any body to watch these serials. Unnecessary disputes between family members, various attempts to spoil each other and all nonsense only. These serials are spoiling families and family relations.

Serials like Ramayana, Mahabharata were aired and people used to watch. But today's serials are very bad quality. No morals . 

It is better to have a control body for these serials also.

Starting a new session in April will never suit our environment. April and may are very hot. Going out is very difficult for the students. Starting from Middle June is desirable. Students and teachers need not go out in hot sun. Especially for students it is very difficult. If they get grouped with other students, they like to play and they may not care for the heat. It is very dangerous.

But this private schools and corporate institutes, want to attract people. So they all start the classes in April itself. 

Many of the SSC students already got admitted to the colleges of their choice. SSC results are not declared. This is all marketing gimmicks and parents in their anxiety of good institution for their children admit their children .

All the subjects what they are teaching in school are necessary only. It gives us some basics of all the subjects. Once you go to college you have a choice of subjects and you can choose the subjects as you like.

3 language formula is very good. If we select only 2 languages our ease of taking in various languages will improve. If we go other places it will become very difficult to manage with only two languages. 

As far as history is concerned, except for remembering years and names, the subject is very interesting and useful also. People will understand more about our earlier methods and practices. Ethics, way of life, how to behave and what are the good practices will be understood properly. So I feel we can't rule out history at least in high school level.

Every body will have dreams about their life. Everybody should work hard to make those dreams to get realised. Every body will get dreams while they are sleeping. Sometimes i get dreams about my previous day's problems and I will get some answers from those dreams.

It is very good to work for making our dreams to real. This is what all great people say. As mentioned by Mr. Mohan, the dreams what we are getting in early in the morning before we get up will happen sooner or later in our life.

Anybody can dream and it is good to work and hope for realising the dreams. I wish and hope the Almighty will definitely help you in realising your dream.

Lamination is nothing but wrapping of an item with a thin sheet of plastic. It is not permanent. Lamination will get peeled of after some time. Then we will through the lamination out and get the item again laminated.Using very thin plastic is banned. This is the reason for saying no to lamination.

If the cards are made of thick plastic no lamination is required and it will not perish easily. The longevity will be more. The disposal is easy . This plastic can be reprocessed. But it is better to have metallic sheet cards for PAN, Adhaar, credit, debit. driving licence etc.

Nowadays plastic playing cards are preferred rather than ordinary playing cards.

Achievements

Ø  Nickel Hydrazine Nitrate (NHN) was developed at commercial scale. Detonators of all types are developed using NHN in place of ASA. Patent for this technology is applied and awaited approval. NHN is a very safe primary explosive.  This technology was transferred to Austin Detonators, USA. After introducing this product there are no incidents in handling of the product for the last 4 years. I have published a note on this product in Safex news letter. 

Ø  During my career with PEL, best safety practices were maintained and obtained Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board award for best safe practices consecutively for 4 years.

Ø  A system of internal training on safe handling of explosives was established. Each and Every employee of the Organization has to undergo this training at least for a day in a year.

Ø  A system of internal safety audit was introduced to know the drawbacks in the operations and required actions were being taken within the acceptable time frame.

Ø  Expertise in managing multiproduct manufacture and multilocational operations.

Ø  Published more than 40 papers in various national and international journals and seminars.

Ø  Attended a seminar organized by IGUS at Japan and presented a case study on one of the accidents occurred in an explosive manufacturing plant in India in association with Safex International.

Ø  Presented two case studies on accident investigation at seminars conducted by Safex.

Ø  Attended and presented a paper on Safety in Explosive and Pyrotechnic manufacture at a seminar organized by IPS, at Colorado, USA.

Delivered lectures in these programs on importance of safety in manufacturing.

Ø  Attended Workshops conducted by Andhra University; Gulbarga University, Nanded University, and Vijay nagar College of Technology as Resource person and delivered lectures on High Energy Materials and importance of safety in handling these products.

R&D Expertise

Almost from the last 33 years; I participated actively in various research and development activities in High Energy Materials in M/s Premier Explosives Ltd., Hyderabad.

As a Head of operations and R&D a very important role was played in various development programs.  The following are the projects carried out.

e)         RDX / HMX manufacture
